6: Cosaro – ‘Nobody Loves You’

Dominic Cosaro (Young Adult), Asha Steel (Young Adult)

A short time after Asha told Dominic the truth about her family, she left.  They were still technically together, but she left on a trip to France in an effort to divert some of her family’s attentions away from Dominic.  He still didn’t quite grasp the gravity of what Asha had told him.

While she was away, Dominic spent a lot of his time alone at home.  He wasn’t a heavy thinker and he really didn’t enjoy having so many random thoughts moving through his brain at once.  He kind of just wanted to forget it all and return to his life.

5: Cosaro – ‘She Sells Sanctuary’

Dominic Cosaro (Young Adult), Asha Steel (Young Adult)

Asha met her brother, Xavier Steel, late in the night far from her house.  They had arranged the meeting so that Asha could give him what she’d obtained from the man’s house.  When Xavier finally arrived, Asha was beginning to doubt her resolve.  She did her best to maintain her confidence.

“Weird place to meet, sis,” Xavier began, looking around as if he were afraid of being followed.  “Though, I do hear this place has amazing burgers and I want a chance to try them…”

4: Cosaro – ‘The Freshman’

Dominic Cosaro (Young Adult), Asha Steel (Young Adult)

Dominic and Asha had worked their butt off, but their desire had finally been made real–they now owned a house located directly on the beach in Aperture City.  It cost a pretty penny and without Asha’s family money, they still owed on the mortgage, but it was theirs.

Asha was relieved, but unable to revel in the accomplishment.  Her family was still harassing her.  Dominic had tried to get her to talk to him, but she just became distant, so he gave up.

3: Cosaro – ‘Starships’

Dominic Cosaro (Young Adult), Asha Steel (Young Adult)

Asha Steel had her hands full trying to work with Kelly McMaster.  The young fool had gotten herself knocked up right after signing on to be a star in a film.  Lucky for her, they had issues finding a director and so it wasn’t as big of a deal.  Still, if Asha was going to continue to back her, Kelly would have to promise not to do that again.

“You’re definitely going to have to hit the gym.”  Asha was trying to be nice, but how nice can one be when trying to help someone reach stardom?  “Don’t eat anything but salads.  I’m serious.  If the director sees you like this, he might just walk out!’

Kelly was undaunted.  She was sensitive in all areas but her career.  She’d eat tofu and air for a month if that’s what it took to get her big break.

2: Cosaro – ‘No One Knows’

Dominic Cosaro (Young Adult), Asha Steel (Young Adult)

Dominic Cosaro was doing pretty well for himself in Aperture City.  The sports league was more than pleased with him and he had even earned an MVP award for the year.  It was officially off-season, so most of his time now was spent training and practicing.

This, of course, also meant jogging with Lola.  It was a morning ritual.  They would jog around the block and then Dominic would start his day.  He was definitely happy that Lola was able to make the trip to Aperture City with him.

1: Cosaro – ‘Heart-Shaped Box’

Dominic Cosaro (Young Adult)

Dominic Cosaro is a simple guy with a simple life.  He was recruited by Aperture City’s sports league directly out of college, so he packed up and moved away from his family.  He wasn’t sad to leave them behind, they were complicated and messy.  Life was a lot more simple with them miles and miles away.

Settling in hadn’t been difficult, either.  The sports team paid amazingly well, so he was able to get a townhouse just a few blocks from the stadium.  He was truly living his dream.
